Digital Dynamics LLC (“Digital Dynamics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates PriceIQ, DeductIQ, LiftIQ, and related services available through digi-dynamics.com and associated subdomains. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share information when you use our services.
By using any Digital Dynamics service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
Account registration information including name, company name, email address, and contact details. Billing information processed through Stripe. Communications you send to us.
Information collected through Amazon SP-API
When you connect your Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central account to PriceIQ, we access the following data through the Amazon Selling Partner API on your behalf: product catalog and ASIN data, listing status and Buy Box information, sales velocity and performance data, pricing data, vendor payment and remittance data, and purchase order information. This data is accessed solely to provide PriceIQ services to your organization.
Information collected through Walmart API
When you connect your Walmart Seller Center account, we access product listing status and pricing data through the Walmart Marketplace API on your behalf.
Automatically collected information
Usage data including pages visited, features used, and actions taken within our applications. Log data including IP addresses, browser type, and access timestamps.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services. Specifically we use it to monitor product pricing across retail channels on your behalf, identify pricing events and listing suppression risks, generate financial intelligence and reconciliation reports, send alerts and notifications related to your account, process payments and manage your subscription, respond to support requests, and improve our platform and develop new features.
We do not use your Amazon or Walmart selling partner data for any purpose other than providing services to your organization. We do not sell, rent, or share your selling partner data with any third party for their own purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure. Data transmitted between your browser and our services is encrypted using TLS. Data transmitted between our services and Amazon or Walmart APIs is encrypted in transit. Access to selling partner data is restricted to authorized Digital Dynamics personnel on a need-to-know basis. We implement role-based access controls, encrypted secrets management, and regular security reviews. We do not store credentials or API keys in application code or public repositories.
In the event of a security incident involving Amazon selling partner data, we will notify Amazon at [email protected] within 24 hours of detection and will notify affected users promptly.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information or selling partner data to third parties.
We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our platform, including cloud infrastructure providers and payment processors. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to Digital Dynamics.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority. We will notify you of such requests where legally permitted to do so.
6. Amazon Selling Partner Data
We access Amazon selling partner data solely through the Amazon Selling Partner API under authorization granted by you. We comply with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy for all selling partner data. We do not use selling partner data to compete with Amazon or with selling partners. We do not share selling partner data with Amazon's competitors. We retain selling partner data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by applicable law. You may revoke our access to your Amazon selling partner data at any time by disconnecting your account within PriceIQ or through your Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central account settings.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We retain selling partner data for a period of 24 months to support historical analysis and reporting features within our platform. Upon account cancellation you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at [email protected]. We will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days of a verified deletion request, except where retention is required by applicable law.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you. You have the right to correct inaccurate information. You have the right to request deletion of your information subject to legal retention requirements. You have the right to disconnect your Amazon or Walmart account from our services at any time. You have the right to export your data in a portable format upon request.

9. Cookies
Our websites use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve user experience, analyze usage patterns, and support authentication. You may control cookie settings through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our services.
We use Google Analytics to analyze usage of our websites. Google Analytics collects information anonymously and reports trends without identifying individual visitors.
